Our hotel is strategically located in Aleppo's western region, in the AlAkramieh area, at the intersection of two main streets, each 20 meters wide. Positioned just north of the Hamdanieh playground, the hotel boasts stunning views of the international swimming pool and direct access from the Damascus–Aleppo road. Its western-facing façade overlooks the bustling neighborhood, offering guests both convenience and remarkable views.

Aims of the Project

Our hotel project was developed to meet the increasing demand for high-quality hospitality services in Aleppo.

Addressing the Hospitality Gap: Despite Aleppo's rich culture and vibrant community, there are currently only around 5,000 hotel beds across 3- to 5-star establishments, significantly lower than the required 20-23,000 beds.
Luxurious Dining Experience: The city lacks upscale, well-serviced restaurants, and our hotel addresses this need with a variety of exquisite dining options.
Supporting Business and Tourism: Aleppo sees a growing influx of businessmen, officials, and tourists, and our hotel offers the ideal venue for both relaxation and professional gatherings.

Premier Destination for Athletes: Positioned right across from the sports city, our hotel is perfectly suited to host sports teams and events, including those at the football stadium (15,000 capacity), basketball court, swimming pool, and tennis courts.

Basement Levels

Floor -3: Wellness and Utility Hub

Our dedicated wellness floor offers a complete health club experience, including a Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and massage rooms, designed to help you unwind after a long day. The floor also houses essential utility areas such as the central kitchen, shelter, staff changing rooms, heating and air conditioning units, a backup electric generator, and a fully equipped laundry and ironing room. An inner staircase seamlessly connects the wellness area to the central kitchen for easy service.

Floor -2: Secure Parking
Our secure underground parking facility accommodates 27 vehicles and includes a guard room for added security. Guests can conveniently access their cars through an advanced car elevator located at the northwest corner of the hotel.

Floor -1: Nightlife and Dining
This vibrant floor is home to our exclusive nightclub restaurant, offering both lunch and dinner in a dynamic atmosphere. The space also features a banquet area, a well-stocked bar, and administrative offices to ensure smooth operations.

Ground Level: Welcoming Spaces

Step into the heart of our hotel at the ground level, where you'll find our elegant reception area, spacious lobby, and cozy café bar. A beautiful terrace provides the perfect setting to unwind, while the administration offices ensure the efficient management of hotel services.

Intermediate Level: Business and Services

The sanitary floor serves as a multi-functional space, featuring workshops, additional administration offices, a business center, and commercial areas to accommodate various needs.

Accommodation Floors (Levels 2 to 7)

Our hotel offers six dedicated accommodation floors, each featuring 13 rooms and 25 beds, thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and luxury. The layout includes:

1 Suite (2 beds)
3 Junior Suites (each with 2 beds)
8 Double Rooms
1 Single Room
In total, our hotel offers 78 rooms with 150 beds, promising a restful stay for every guest.
